Take the time every day to allow beauty in your life.  Cultivate good inner thoughts, practice self-care and self-kindness.  When you use your oils, take three deep breaths and repeat the mantra below:

MANTRA: I trust the healing power of plant medicine. My intuition always guides me to choose the right oils. Every drop I use heals and supports my body, mind and spirit. I trust that my physical and spiritual well-being is nurtured. I embrace natures gifts.

Plant-powered goodness directly from Mother Earth. To share our knowledge and passion, we have listed several ways to use our gorgeous Essential Oils, especially for you. For longevity, store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.

DIFFUSER: Add 5-12 drops to your diffuser, depending on room size.

OIL BURNER: Fill your burner bowl with water, add 5-12 drops, depending on room size (be sure to check water level, to prevent evaporation).

PERFUME: May be used neat as a perfume, apply a small amount to pulse points.  A natural alternative to chemical perfumes. Patch test advisable.

FEET: For rapid absorption apply 2-3 drops to the soles of your feet. Applying to the feet delivers fast absorption as there are no sebaceous glands. Essential oils can be detected in every cell of your body within 20 minutes.

MASSAGE: Add 5 drops to every 10ml of your Blending Oil or Base Cream, swirl or mix to blend.  Apply a small amount to your palms, spread evenly, massaging gently in a circular motion.

BATHING: Add 5 drops to 20ml of milk, swirl to disperse, add to your bath water. May also be added to foot spas & hand soaks.

ROOM SPRAY: Add 20 drops to 50ml of rainwater into a spray bottle, shake well before use.

CLEANING: Use for your household cleaning rituals. A little tip: Add 10-15 drops to your cleaning water or mop bucket for a fresh, natural, lingering scent.
